RULES OF STAY AT THE RESORT
GUEST ROOMS AND COTTAGES POD ŁOSIEM, BAŁTYCKA 6
1.
These rules define the terms of services, liability and stay on the premises of the resort Guest rooms and cottages Pod Łosiem (hereinafter referred to as “PG Pod Łosiem”) and form an integral part of the agreement concluded upon check-in, reservation and payment of the deposit or the full amount for the stay at PG Pod Łosiem. By performing the actions mentioned above, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept these Rules.

These Rules apply to all persons staying at PG Pod Łosiem.
3.
Rooms and cottages at PG Pod Łosiem are rented by the day.
4.
The hotel day lasts from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m. the following day.
5.
If the Guest has not specified the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.
6.
A request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the arrival day should be reported immediately. PG Pod Łosiem will consider the request subject to room availability.
7.
PG Pod Łosiem reserves the right to refuse an extension of the Guest’s stay if full payment for the current stay has not been made in advance or if the Guest does not comply with or violates these Rules.

In the case of an advance reservation, the Guest is required to pay a deposit within 7 days from the date of booking in the amount of 30% of the total stay cost. PG Pod Łosiem does not guarantee accommodation to persons without a reservation confirmed by a paid deposit. The remaining amount must be paid no later than on the day of arrival during check-in at PG Pod Łosiem.

Reservations can be made by phone. A reservation is considered confirmed after a prepayment of 30% of the stay price is made to the bank account of PG Pod Łosiem no later than within 5 days from the date the reservation is received. If the Guest books a stay that is to begin in less than 5 days from the booking date, the prepayment must be made no later than the day after the reservation is made. Failure to make the prepayment within the agreed time results in automatic cancellation of the reservation without the need to notify the Guest. Failure of the Guest to arrive by 7:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the lack of information about a later arrival is treated as cancellation of the reservation and allows the room to be rented to another Guest.
10.
Guests are required to check in immediately after arrival. To confirm identity, the Guest must present a photo ID.
11.
Before the stay begins, the Guest has the right to cancel it. The Guest must submit a written declaration of cancellation. The date of cancellation is the date it is received by PG Pod Łosiem. In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid in advance:

is refunded in full if the cancellation takes place 60 days or more before the planned arrival

is refunded at 50% if the cancellation takes place between 30 and 60 days before the planned stay

is retained by PG Pod Łosiem if the cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the planned stay.
12.
PG Pod Łosiem provides services according to its category and standard. Any concerns or complaints regarding the quality of services should be reported to the owner as soon as possible.
13.
PG Pod Łosiem is not responsible for valuables left by the Guest in the room.
14.
PG Pod Łosiem is also not responsible for loss of or damage to the Guest’s car or other vehicle left on the premises.
15.
Driving and parking vehicles is allowed only in designated places. Parking is paid and unguarded.

For the comfort of our Guests, smoking is prohibited in the rooms
17.
The Guest bears financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment or technical devices of PG Pod Łosiem caused by the Guest or by visitors. Parents are responsible for damage caused by children.
18.
A Guest bringing a dog or another pet (after prior agreement with the property owner) is obliged to take all safety measures so that the animal does not pose a threat to other Guests; in particular, the animal should be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle. Full responsibility for damage caused by the animal rests with its owner or the person taking care of it on the premises.
19.
The Guest may not transfer the room to third parties even if the period for which the stay has been paid has not yet expired.
20.
Persons not checked in at PG Pod Łosiem may stay in the Guest’s room from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
21.
Quiet hours at PG Pod Łosiem apply from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
22.
For fire safety reasons, the use in the rooms of heaters, radiators, electric kettles, electric irons and other similar devices that are not part of the equipment of PG Pod Łosiem is prohibited.
23.
PG Pod Łosiem may refuse to accept a Guest who during a previous stay violated these Rules, for example by causing damage to the property of PG Pod Łosiem or other Guests, disturbing their rest, endangering the health or life of other Guests, employees of PG Pod Łosiem, or other persons staying at PG Pod Łosiem, or by their action or omission disrupting the functioning of PG Pod Łosiem.
24.
Monitoring is used at PG Pod Łosiem to ensure safety, order and the protection of persons and property. The controller of personal data within the meaning of data protection regulations is Skadom P.P.H.U. Danuta Sawka.
